Refund policy

Due to the nature of food products, all opened items are non-refundable.

Unopened and unused products may be eligible for a refund. To request a refund, customers must contact Selma at contact@selmaevoo.com before returning any items. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds will be issued only after the returned product is received and inspected. Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Selma reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the conditions outlined above.

Damaged or Defective Products

If a product arrives damaged or defective, customers must contact Selma at contact@selmaevoo.com within 7 days after delivery. Photo documentation of the damage may be required.

Upon verification, Selma will, at its discretion, replace the damaged product or issue a refund. Customers should not dispose of damaged items until instructed to do so.
