Once a bottle is opened, we can’t accept returns. If it’s unopened, you’re welcome to return it, though return shipping isn’t covered.
If you’re new to Selma, the Tester bottle is the best place to start. It lets you try the oil without overthinking it.
That said, even though we’ve never had a return request, if there's something wrong with your bottle or you're not happy with the product, email us at contact@selmaevoo.com within 14 days of receiving it and we'll make it right.
Damaged Product
If your order broke during transit, it’s on us. Email contact@selmaevoo.com with a quick photo of the damage and we’ll send a replacement bottle right away. No hoops, no hassle.
