This is the kind of snack that quietly overdelivers. Clean tuna, crisp whole-grain crackers, a proper pour of Selma, and just enough salt and pepper to wake it all up. It’s simple, savoury, and oddly satisfying, the sort of thing you make “real quick” and then realize you’ve eaten all twelve without thinking twice.
Ingredients
- 1 small can tuna in water or olive oil (about 5 ounces), drained
- 12 whole grain crackers
- 1–2 tablespoons SELMA Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Small pinch of salt and black pepper
Directions
- Spoon drained 5 ounces tuna evenly onto 12 crackers.
- Drizzle each cracker with a little of the 1–2 tablespoons olive oil, then season the tuna lightly with a small pinch of salt and black pepper.
