Lemon-Dressed Cucumber Spears

Lemon-Dressed Cucumber Spears

Cold, crunchy cucumber, a clean drizzle of Selma, a squeeze of lemon, and salt to pull it all together. It’s sharp, refreshing, and ridiculously easy, the kind of snack that resets your palate and somehow disappears faster than anything more complicated ever does.

Ingredients

  • 1 large cucumber
  • 1 tablespoon SELMA Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • Pinch of sea salt

Directions

  1. Cut 1 large cucumber into spears and place on a plate.
  2. Drizzle 1 tablespoon olive oil and 1 teaspoon lemon juice over the spears, then finish with a pinch of sea salt.

Most olive oil is background noise. Selma isn’t. One drizzle and your “pretty good” dishes start getting real compliments.
